Whole Body Vibration (WBV) Balance and Vibration Plate - Exercises

Below are numerous exercises that can be performed with these machines:

-          Single Leg Step Up

-          Squat with Alternate Hip Extension

-          Static Push Up

-          Cable Upright Row

-          Explosive Jump

-          Step Up to Balance with Medicine Ball Overhead

3 sets of 10 repetitions are recommended for each
